Global Experiences LTD (“We,” “Our,” “Us,” or “Jack the Ripper Tour”) is the registered company operating the Jack the Ripper Tour, accessible via jackrippertour.com. By booking or participating in our tours, you (“Guest,” “Participant,” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Payment

• Reservations must be made through our official website jackrippertour.com or authorized partners.
  
  
• Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by the sales channel.
  
  
• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
  
  
• Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at the time of booking.
  
  

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Standard Tours: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling (subject to availability).
  
  
• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend the tour are non-refundable.
  
  
• Private or group bookings may carry separate cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  
  
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  
  

3. Arrival & Participation

• Guests must arrive at the meeting point stated in the confirmation email at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start.
  
  
• Tours depart promptly at the advertised time. Late arrivals may not be able to join, and no refunds will be issued.
  
  
• Guests must comply with guide instructions and local regulations throughout the tour.
  
  

4. Minimum Numbers & Changes by Us

• Some tours may require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, we may cancel or reschedule the tour. In this case, you will be offered a full refund or credit.
  
  
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to force majeure, severe weather, staff illness, or unforeseen events. Customers will be offered an alternative date, product, or full refund.
  
  

5. Liability

• Participation in walking tours involves inherent risks (e.g., uneven pavements, crowds, night-time conditions). Guests join at their own risk.
  
  
• Global Experiences LTD is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, theft, delays, or accidents beyond our control.
  
  
• We strongly recommend that guests have personal travel insurance.
  
  

6. Age & Eligibility

• Our tours are open to guests of all ages, but children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  
  
• Certain special experiences (e.g., “Tipsy” or pub-related tours) may require participants to be 18 years or older. Valid ID may be requested.
  
  

7. Accessibility

• Most tours involve extensive walking and may not be fully accessible for those with mobility issues. Guests are encouraged to contact us in advance regarding accessibility requirements.
  
  
  

8. Media & Promotion

• Guests may be photographed or filmed during the tour for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please inform your guide before the tour begins.
  
  
• Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos during the tour, provided it does not disrupt the group.
  
  

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to manage reservations and provide services.
  
  
• Your data will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the service (e.g., payment providers).

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
